Pros: Really really nice professional manager who understood my extreme annoyance.
Cons: NO CLEAR DROP OFF!! I went to 3 places! The drop off system is Unprofessional,wasteful, inconsiderate

Cons: Pickup time was 12 noon. Which in practice means that your car will be ready at 12 and not before. I got to the rental place around 12:20 and they were closed for the day. The open hours for this Saturday office were only for the morning. In two phone conversations, one the day before and another just that morning when I called to confirm that the car would be available by 12, never was I told that the office closed at noon. What kind of rental car business sets up a pickup time at the very minute they are scheduled to close? My 8 passenger weekend rental for a family trip had to be cancelled at this last minute. Nice going Enterprise!!!
