Pros:
The Enterprise Team was not able to provide a car on the day of delivery due to them being busy and having no cars (just before Christmas). Since, I had flexibility, I was able to pick up the car a day late and return a day late. Received a loaded ford fusion, but received a call 4 days later as Enterprise had sold the car to bring it in. No big deal since I was close to the location. Received a Chevy Malibu. Pick up and drop off were easy. Overall a good experience.Cons:
Since I had the flexibility, nothing to complain. If I did not then have the flexibility, then the lack of car would have been problematic.10,0 Wonderful

Have to wait for half an hour outside the branch for the lone staff to return. Then found out after settling my charges here in Toronto that I was charged twice for the insurance coverage.10,0 Wonderful

When we went to pick up the large SUV we had reserved, they didn't have it, but they made it right by giving us an even bigger vehicle for the same price. Their customer service was excellent and could not have been better.4,8 Mediocre

Cons:
When I arrived to pick up my rented standard group vehicle (VW Jetta), they had none on site or any standard vehicle for that matter. The agent insisted that an intermediate group vehicle (Toyota Corolla) was "similar" and therefore acceptable. I pointed out their own documentation on line clearly showed they were two different car groups. I had to pay an extra $84 to get a car that was big enough for our trip. I corresponded by email to the area manager that, since they did not have the car I rented on site and I was forced to upgrade, to do the right thing and refund my additional charge. He did not.
