Pros:
The Enterprise Team was not able to provide a car on the day of delivery due to them being busy and having no cars (just before Christmas). Since, I had flexibility, I was able to pick up the car a day late and return a day late. Received a loaded ford fusion, but received a call 4 days later as Enterprise had sold the car to bring it in. No big deal since I was close to the location. Received a Chevy Malibu. Pick up and drop off were easy. Overall a good experience.Cons:
Since I had the flexibility, nothing to complain. If I did not then have the flexibility, then the lack of car would have been problematic.10,0 Wonderful

The staff at chesterfield was fine accomodating.Cons:
Have to wait for half an hour outside the branch for the lone staff to return. Then found out after settling my charges here in Toronto that I was charged twice for the insurance coverage.Hertz
