Pros:
Hertz office closed. Went into the airport to rent vehicle and no one there. Just a sign that said call a number that was an answering machine for a Hertz office in Yakima. Called three times. Nobody ever called back.Cons:
If a car rental company is going to close during COVID, let your customers know. This was a major inconvenience and there is nothing a customer can do about it. Don’t rent cars from small airports during Covid, you won’t get one. Especially from these booking sites.Easirent
