Intermediate SUV

It was terrible. I got this service representative at the front desk that was soooo terrible, in a huge bad mood and very inflexible to accommodate my request. I needed to change an electric car to a hybrid one. Sandra was so bad that I had to cancel my reservation and go to Enterprise Rent a Car. I will never go back to Hertz.

Pros:

Convenient neighborhood location, I appreciate not having to go to the airport. The staff was very friendly and professional. Pickup and drop off was quick and easy!!

Pros:

I really enjoyed working with Marc at the front desk counter. He was friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent again from this Hertz!
