Clarity for type of vehicle to expect at pick up. There was a conflict between the Description provided by kayak and Avis rental. I liked the discount pricing by Kayak.

Pros:

The Enterprise Team was not able to provide a car on the day of delivery due to them being busy and having no cars (just before Christmas). Since, I had flexibility, I was able to pick up the car a day late and return a day late. Received a loaded ford fusion, but received a call 4 days later as Enterprise had sold the car to bring it in. No big deal since I was close to the location. Received a Chevy Malibu. Pick up and drop off were easy. Overall a good experience.

Cons:

Since I had the flexibility, nothing to complain. If I did not then have the flexibility, then the lack of car would have been problematic.

never got to rent the vehicle, my paperwork said i wouldn't be charged until drop off of vehicle, so they charged me for rental and deposit at the same time and put me over my limit, it would be nice if everyone was on the same page, they said i could use a debit card but then they wanted all kinds of different types of proof paperwork that i did not have time to get together, didn't want to spend my weekend at Enterprise, would not let me pay deposit in cash and put rental on my credit card, to many rules, won't be using them ever again, not customer friendly at all, and the 2 customers that came in after me left with out cars also, i guess they just don't want to help people rent cars anymore

Pros:

The staff at chesterfield was fine accomodating.

Cons:

Have to wait for half an hour outside the branch for the lone staff to return. Then found out after settling my charges here in Toronto that I was charged twice for the insurance coverage.
