I am an older driver and like all rental car companies they assume we are familiar with all the”bells and whistles “ that newer car models have. It would be nice if an agent spent 5 minutes going over most of the gadgets on the car ie gas tank latch location, spare tire, ignition, cruise control, emergency brake , FOB. Etc!

Pick-up and drop-off was easy. The one staff working was friendly and helpful. Car was pretty dirty though — muddy in the footwells, seats were fabric and had hair on them. And the windshield wipers were terrible, to the point of dangerous, in the rain. And the ol’ check engine light was on. I’d probably rent from them again, but request a different car.
