Visiting my sister in Talco and needed a car to visit Hot Springs, AR for a few days. Staff was very helpful, pleasant and gave me a free upgrade. Was about 20 minutes late returning due to an accident on the highway; no problem. They thanked me for returning the vehicle in clean condition and thanked me for my business.10,0 Wonderful

Personnel were outstanding. I don't have a credit card but they accepted my debit card. I shudder to think what would have happened if I didn't have a round trip ticket. (I sometimes fly standby and wouldn't necessarily have a round trip ticket.) I guess I would have been out of luck?Cons:
The business closes on Saturday at 12pm and doesn't reopen until Monday. Additionally, they are NOT situated at airport. This was VERY inconvenient for me. THANK GOD for Uber. The car smelled like a giant ashtray. It was clean but smelly.10,0 Wonderful

The person picking up/driving the car must use their own credit card. I was going to rent a car for my sister to pick up and drive from Texas. She didn't have a credit card, but she had a debit card. Unfortunately, we didn't know there was a $200 deposit to use the debit card. Had I known, I could have wired the money to her. I tried talking to a manager. No exceptions. Tough luck. All the car rental places are the same. It would be nice if they could find a way to tell you about the total charges up front, or have a way to let others cover the cost for travelers. Vehicle was fine. Had some initial problems syncing my phone with it, but that wasn't Enterprise's problem, just had to read the manual. It wasn't intuitive as some other vehicles.Cons:
Once again, they did not have the type of vehicle I reserved. This time they upgraded me to a small SUV (Ford Escape). I rent a car to go out of town on business. I want something that rides good on the interstate. I always reserve a full size car.
