When I returned the car, there was an additional $106 charge on the receipt. The agent’s response was that he already closed it and couldn’t assist. He did not allow me to review it beforehand, nor did I sign anything. Was told to call the 800 number. Attempted that on 3 separate occasions and was on hold for 30 minutes

Great serviceThe service I received when I picked up the car was excellent and speedy. My car was ready and out front for me before I arrived.Oil change notification came on within the first 30 miles and ran out of washer fluid before the end of my trip. My trip was over 2200 miles.

Friendly staff, able to answer questionsCleaning was lack luster. Saw stains on high touch surface areas that would’ve been wiped away if the cleaning had been done properly. I know because I was able to remove them with a wet wipe
