There was a line. It took 40 minutes to get the vehicle. The Nissan Frontier truck I requested was not there. In it's place they gave me a Dodge 2500. It smelled like a cattle farm, I suspect it was used to haul cattle. Fuel economy was horrible. Cost $18 to replace the fuel which would have been $9.00 in the Frontier. The price was great, Drop off was easy.

Double charged for two cars and only picked up one. Manager at Round Rock location said we can only work through Priceline.

Slow, very slow. The car wasn’t ready, so we took it not cleaned. Speaking of dirty, the rental agent’s appearance was absolutely gross. Stringy dirty hair with chunks, topped by a filthy Avis shirt and ball cap . Looked like he hadn’t showered or done laundry in over a week.
