Pros:
Alexa is the branch manager in Duluth at Central Entrance. She was extremely helpful in a very busy time. I was stuck with a car that just didn't work for us, and she was able to move things around to enable myself and my kids to make it back to Minneapolis to catch our flight. outstanding customer service. Showed up & they wanted an additional amount for the rental as well as a deposit. Nothing is mentioned about this hen you te reserve on-line about additional fees or deposits. This was a nonairport Location. So t rent at this location again.9,6 Wonderful

The car would chug when you are starting to accelerate after being at a stoplight. When I returned the car I let them know of the problem only to find out it is a feature on the car for emissions/fuel economy? It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.10,0 Wonderful

I was greeted warmly right away, and taken care of immediately. When I needed to extend my rental, it was handed very easily over the phone. When I brought the rental back, I was given a driver immediately to take me over to the repair shop where my vehicle was.Cons:

Pros:
I made my reservation online to rent a car on 1/30/2017 and bought the auto insurance to go with it. The charge of $45 was billed immediately and I was to pay for the car when I checked in. He told me I couldn't get the car bc I didn't have a Credit Card in my name...I was upset bc I've never been denied a rental before and it was a huge inconvience for me. I didn't complain, and went on my way. However, the insurance charge is still showing on my account and was never reversed at time of check in. I asked the employee who worked front desk, but he said he couldn't help me. How do I go about getting these charged reversed? Thank you for your time, Holly ThomasCons:

Price, car was clean, I was able to book easily online (and at the last minute).Cons:
No economy available, was given a Ford Focus (which has terrible visibility). Also wish there was a pick-up and drop-off downtown rather than only the airport option.Budget

The agent confirmed she would remain there beyond the usual closing time if my flight arrived later. She was extremely nice and did not try to push additional options. I received better vehicle than expected. The agency and the vehicle were at the terminal.Cons:
