Person working called to confirm my reservation but then wanted me to come in later because they close during the lunch hour but my reservation was prior to closing time. She then told me I had to buy the gas option and if I returned it full I’d be refunded the money- when I had to extend it I wouldn’t get refunded even if I returned the car on full… which is funny because as I was signing it said I accepted that gas option but wasn’t even an option to decline per the girl working. The car did the job but I think the staff wasn’t very pleasant to work with.

Cons:

Car was not gassed up-went 30 miles had to fill! Did not notice at pick up almost ran out of gas because I assumed tank full-LOW FUEL light saved me!
