Pick up and drop off was super fast and efficient. The team at the westend were helpful. I would say the value for the rental was overpriced. I did need a rental due to my car breaking down just to get me and my family around the city and it cost a little over $1000 for a week and just 397 kilometres driven total for a car. That makes it around $2.52/kilometre. This was the main reason why I didn’t extend my rental and I sought out other solutions.

The staff were efficient and had my rental ready for me. However, at both check-in and drop-off, they were not friendly and there were no smiles or warmth from them. I would not pick this location again.

It was fine overall. Post pandemic prices mean it’s hard to be a regular customer. I used to spend thousands every year at Budget. Hertz had the best deal for this period. The staff were all by the book. When I had to swap my car in Calgary at the airport, the staff were really great and friendly.

When we picked up car, a manager told about small chunk on the windshield, but did not add it in the report, because it was to small. When we drop off the car, he said that we did the chunk, it wasn't before.

Ok … appointment for pick up was 3:00 pm and showed up at 3:00. Door was locked and they seemed put out I was not there earlier, yet the appointment was for 3:00. They didn’t make note of any windshield chip then tried to crave me for one that was there already. They checked a previous note and found the chip was indeed already there. Vehicle was good and staff friendly.

The staff was excellent at both pick up and drop off location. Best experience I've had with z rental company in s long time. Also great value for my money.

Cons:

It would be nice if someone made me familiar with features of the car. It's not safe to learn as your driving. The car had great features but I only figured them out a few days after picking up vehicle.
