The vehicle was great-- smooth ride, tons of technology in the car (bluetooth, wifi, navigation, etc.), great gas mileage. Enterprise Rep was friendly. We got the vehicle that was advertised. Overall, we were satisfied.Cons:
We originally reserved the vehicle through priceline.com with a quoted price that included insurance of less than $400.00. But when we went to pick up the vehicle, the Rep explained that they didn't honor the pricing of online reservations. The Rep made some concessions, but when it was all said and done we ended up paying about $100 more than advertised due to additional insurance and fees that we're tacked on to each day. Overall, it felt like a bit of a hustle. Next time I would ask more questions and probably call them directly in advance rather than booking directly through an online site to avoid the bait and switch.2,0 Poor

Drop off was horrible experience. Had to wait outside with other customers wondering why no-one was there and the door was locked well before closing time. Stood there waiting at least 15 minutes don't know how long the others were there. Not good business!!Cons:
When I came to return my rental car the door was closed and locked and no-one was inside. This was one hour before closing time listed on their door. There were 3 of us standing outside wanting to drop off/pick up rentals. Agent finally showed up being dropped off by someone and talking on cell.Hertz
