The van was easy to pick up at the airport.Cons:
I am not sure if I missed the small print, but National in Terrace did not provide unlimited mileage with the van rental. We were allocated 100 km per day and exceeded that number about 3 days into the week long rental. Going anywhere in that part of BC is going to take over 100 km per day.5,6 Fair

I was told the total for the car rental was to be $67 Canadian dollars. II have a written copy showing that amount. No mention was made or is indicated for mileage charges, but when I dropped the car off, there was a large mileage fee. I will never use your service again.2,0 Poor

Pros:
I got a call to double check that I still need the car. However, I had already called earlier to tell them that and had gotten voicemail.Cons:
Be available for questions - I kept getting voicemail, even when I called in to say I would be a bit late! Try to make sure that your client knows how to operate keyless entry and open the gas tank. Not all of us do. I'm so used to a button in the car to open the tank that I hadn't found out until I need to return the car that I could have pushed one side on the little door to access it. >_<Sunnycars
