Patience
Pros: Price was right and location convenient.
Cons: Receiving a car with strong smoke smell was disappointing.
Patience is required during pick up on Friday afternoon as they are always busy.

Pros: The car looked nice.
Cons: We never got to rent the car because there was an additional 100$ deposit that was never specified. We took a Lyft to the Hertz rental place and we were ready to pay for the car with the amount that was originally specified and at the last second the man told us that the amount for the rental would be 100$ over what we originally agreed upon. Since we were out of state we were unable to transfer money over to the card we had previously sent aside to use for the rental car and we even tried using another card we had in my fiance's name that had our vacation funds on it however the man ran a credit check WITHOUT our permission. We were so flustered and in a foreign place that we left without a car and just a terrible headache.

Pros: Price was great, and the gentleman who helped me with dropoff and pickup was very friendly and efficient.
Cons: Car was truly a base model: the mirror adjustments were manual, and the seats were very uncomfortable with no back support adjustments. At pickup, the windshield was so oily inside that I couldn't drive because of the haze. I had to stop a couple blocks away to clean it before I could continue on. The car had many, many dents and scratches in the body, hubcaps, and even the windows.
