Terrible experience! The employee was unclear, did not offer a car options until we came back twice, the Kayak site listed several cars not available, the car was new and had problems like steering and windows, and I've been charges over $100 more than expected and will be disputing the charge! Will never use Enterprise again and will tell all business colleagues to stay away from this company.

To begin with, the amount quoted was definitely not what I received from Kayak. They obligated to take their insurance because I didn’t show proof, ( a letter), indicating that my insurance would cover vehicle. Otherwise, I couldn’t take the vehicle. That’s real bad business and will NOT EVER recommend Dollar rental to anyone and maybe even Kayak because of false quote.

You should have told me it was not on the airport property. You need to clearly disclose that you need to wait for a shuttle to go off property to get your car. Finding the shuttle is hard and takes too long. Cheap price is good but not if you don't disclose the inconveniences,

Upon arrival from CT, I was told my reservation had been canceled the night before! More outrageous thing was that I was forced to take insurance full cover!!! Either that or stay stranded without a car. I believe that was rip off and illegal, since i had declined insurance because my own insurance covers rentals. Staff was not helpful and did not seem to care that they took advantage of travelers with a blank stare. Also, I was charged a whole day plus taxes, fees and insurance for returning the car one hour late!!! Won’t rent from Dollar again. Better get Uber. Stay away from this company!!!

Had to return original rental because it was unsanitary, filthy infested with roaches. The replacement was cleaner; but had been in so many accidents parts of the car were taped on and continued falling off. Two doors couldn’t be opened simultaneously. We made the best of a bad situation!!!! Never again!!! Yes, I have pics and videos to confirm my statement .

I didn't like any part of the service as it is very poor. I selected a Ford Explorer or similar for 7 passengers, and when I arrived, they mentioned that they didn't have it available. They finally gave me a Kia Soul of 5 passengers without any discount.

Didn't like much. Battery died. Ruined an entire day. Long wait in line. Short staffed. Had to drive the vehicle with the dead battery 1 hour and 20 minutes after waiting hours for a jump start. Next vehicle had a deflated spare tire. While waiting, they literally gave out first vehicle that wasn't clean and smelled of cigarettes to another couple. No way they had time to clean it. Hopefully they changed the battery. SKETCHY OPERATION!

Pickup/drop off were pretty simple and quick. They do MAKE you purchase insurance when you get there be prepared(bullshit). My only other complaint was the car was filthy dirty, and had under a half tank of gas. But again you get what you pay for so complaints are limited.

Staff was very rude, unable or unwilling to explain charges. Charged me for the whole week although I used the car only for days due to a car accident (which was not my fault) that left the car undrivable
