Like: Value for the money Dislike: Cars were dirty or damaged (due to normal wear and tear and previous accidents). Like renting a car from rent-a-wreck and not enterprise. However, this seems to be pretty normal for PR car rental companies. Neither like or dislike: I got a call to see how I was doing with the vehicle the day I was returning it. Very pointless phone call.

I like that I got a similar car to the one I wanted. The car was quite fuel efficient! I didn’t like that it took a long time, an hour or more, to actually get the car. It also took them a long time, about 45mn, for us to be able to return the car. Also, they could not give us a ride to the airport…

Everything was good. The thing that can be done better is the price of the rentals. I guess civic took a toll on prices, because I had rented in the past in Puert Rico and it has never been so high.

I don’t rent cars often so I know this is somewhat on me, but I’ve never really even considered the possibility that a rental place would be close on a Saturday afternoon. When I booked the car I chose the default pickup time of 12 noon. Our flight was coming in at 3 so I knew we would be ok because it would be after the pickup time. What I didn’t know, and no one told me, was that rio piedras enterprise closes on Saturday at 2. I booked this months in advance so I had what I thought was a great price, but ended up having to pay almost double elsewhere to get a car. So make sure you know when your rental place closes. Also, enterprise, when you call to confirm for customers coming into a city that are likely flying in, and their pickup time is only 2 hours before you close on a Saturday mid day, it would be a good idea to let the customer know that.
