I thought the rental pick up/drop off was at the Airport. Staff at airport Budget was very rude. We took a cab to the correct location and could not be happier. Staff member was a delight, the car was ready, we checked in in minutes. Drop off was a breeze, just needed to Uber to the airport.10,0 Wonderful

A Kia Soul is not similar to a Toyota Corolla. You can fit four people in it to travel but everybody would have to carry what they have in their pockets. Absolutely no trunk room. Makes no sense to rent for long trips unless there are only two people and they don't have a lot of stuff. It was comfortable to drive though.6,0 Okay
