Convenience of Tel Aviv officeCons:
I was given a quite dirty and dented car in poor working order and told there was no alternative vehicle available. There was gum on the front seat and their solution when I pointed this out was to provide a piece of computer paper to protect my clothing! I was charged the local tax even though I'm exempt as a tourist and it took substantial time and effort to get the tax reversed at the airport. I paid over $50/day with insurance and there was no apology or compensation for the poor service or beat up car. Don't think I'll ever give Hertz Tel Aviv another chance.8,0 Very Good
