Cons:
The price showed in Kayak was $15.00 for the 2 days I booked. The end price was almost $90.00. I expected some increase because of full insurance coverage (which is optional) but the price difference was huge - I expect to see a final price, with mandatory fees and taxes, so I can compare the companies. Besides this, based on the invoice, the initial price was almost $22.00, also way higher than the one showed in Kayak. The car had a very bad small every time I started it. I am very disappointed. It was not the first time I used Kayak at all and I never had an experience like this one.4,8 Mediocre

Cons:
I payed 16 dollars in kayak for two days of rental in shlomo. When I got to pickup the car, they said I have to buy their insurance policy, and it will be 17 dollars per day. Next they said opel corsa, the model I ordered, isn't available. For me it is extremely important to have telescopic wheel because I'm 1.9m tall. They didn't know which models have it that they could offer, so thwy aent me going to the parking lot and check for my self. The guy who showed me the cars asked for their numbers while I was talking about models, and he kept telling "ask the office". After an hour of looking and running around, and waiting I just wanted to give up. But they said no refund. And they didn't want to give a model that physically possible to fit my needs without extra payment. I checked the contact of shlomo sixt and othe companies in kayak and all have this written in sub section with many conditions, and it never says how much exactly the insurance will cost. Don't rent cars with kayak anf pray to the gods you will find the car you adked for in shlomo Sixt.Hertz

Pros:
Expedia told us that the second driver if a spouse is free. When we arrived at Herzliya to pick up the car they said that we needed a letter stipulating that in order to assure us a second driver free. I wrote expedia where we booked and got a response that yes we were entitled to a second driver at no charge. They sent this email to Herzliya as well but budget Herzliya did not honor this3,6 Poor

Vehicle was quickly available upon arriving at rental office.Cons:
Cars are older. $1,000 USD authorization amount held on card until vehicle is returned. Vehicle had unknown nail in one of the tires causing an almost immediate issue with tire pressure resulting in a timely patch-work appointment. Tire punctures are NOT covered by insurance offered by rental company. It is prudent to have attendant check your rental vehicle's tire pressure and condition prior to signing initial lot inspection.Europcar
