I have to call or visit to correct the bill. I had reserved a Toyota Rav4 but it didn't return in time so they put me in a Dodge Ram Cargo Van, which was fine. Unfortunately, it appears I was billed a second time for insurance (once online, which I had clicked, but when it was done again on check-in [I thought your systems reconciled an online confirmation of insurance?!?], then billed for maybe 2 days of rental when I only used it less than one day. Not happy with that, but I think your staff is super helpful, friendly and commend you on that. This billing thing will get worked out. Thanks for your time.10,0 Wonderful

Cons:
There was an added 6 dollar fee that was never explained. We were in a hurry to leave although I did ask the lady about it and she said it was "too late" to change it. She claimed at first that we had said yes to some extra damage coverage online which we had not and this was reflected on the bill. So I never did figure out what the 6 dollar charge was and when we went to turn the car in they said we could call the customer service office about it, but in reality I am not going to sit on the phone for 30 minutes for 6 dollars and the charge should not have happened in the first place. Secondly, we had to stand in the cold for about 15 minutes as we waited for our car to be prepared. That was annoying although the attendant did apologize for it. We were just in a hurry to get on the road because it was the day before Thanksgiving and we were in a hurry to beat traffic. It's just these small things that make you not want to rent with this company again.10,0 Wonderful

I made an online reservation for a one-way rental and booked a non-refundable motel room in my destination city. Got a call the next morning that they didn't have a car for me, that they didn't do a one-way rental between the cities. Personnel were polite and professional and apologized.Cons:
Their reservation system sucks. It lets you make a reservation that the company can't fulfill. I needed a one-way rental to pick up a motorcycle I had bought a couple months ago. I tried several companies including Enterprise which I usually use for one-way rentals. None were accepting a one-way rental until I tried Hertz and made a reservation. I then booked a non-refundable motel room in my destination city. Got a call from Hertz the next morning that they didn't have a car for me, that they didn't do a one-way rental between the cities my reservation was for. Personnel were polite, professional and apologized. I told them their reservation system sucked and they agreed. I got the impression this was a routine occurrence - their reservation system accepting reservations that could not be fulfilled.10,0 Wonderful
