Pros:
Drop off sucked, see below. Rent for a return on Sunday, not knowing that the store is closed on Sunday and your supposed to use the key drop. Also you are responsible for that vehicle till they officially check the vehicle in on Monday.Cons:
Customer service at facility. I rented a minivan from Friday to Sunday. I come home from the shore on Saturday, and go to turn my vehicle in on Sunday. The store was closed. I went on line to discover if I drop the vehicle off, I am responsible for and damage that may occur while the vehicle sits there all day and overnight. I call and no answer. I call Monday morning that my wife is bringing the vehicle in Monday morning, and my daughter will pick her up at lunch to bring her home. I get the bill, and had to pay for an extra day, and insurance for returning the vehicle. Why would you rent vehicles that have to be retuned on a Sunday when the store is closed???? That area is not a good area. I would not leave my vehicle set there over night. Thanks, Jim10,0 Wonderful

Internet rentals are the way to go. Easy ordering and convenient no charge cancellation (I hope).Cons:
Rental company after having our order in for two weeks called the night before ( Saturday @ 6:15PM) and said they were still looking for a van for us. (Because of the holidays, blah blah) The mini van ordered was low to the ground for a disabled person and children to enter. The alternate offered (15 passenger truck/van), although enough room, was not convenient for entry. We scrambled and found a rental company (Peruzzi) that could guarantee a van for the next days events. We will not rent from these folks again, since it seems that they were not diligent enough to follow through with our order. We then cancelled through the web site and hopefully get our money back.8,4 Very Good
