I rented a medium size car and Alamo gave me a compact, much smaller than I paid for. On top of that the attendant insisted in me taking road assistance which cost me another $100. It was a rip off. You can tell they are mad cause people refuse their insurance which is $40 per day and the other add one they desperately want us to accept so the rental fee doubles in price.8,0 Very Good

Only two vehicles to choose from in class we reserved. Since we needed luggage space over comfort we chose the Rav 4 which smelled like a cigar smoker had it last and there was a small burn hole in the driver’s seat. We are not smokers and we’re disappointed.AutoEurope
