Pros:Friendly and helpful. Quickly checked me in and sent me on my way.
Pros:They were able to deliver the car to my hotel and slightly reduce the online rate due to an arrangement with the hotel.
Cons:I was "upgraded" to a Ford SUV. I do not like SUVs and this one was particularly poorly designed in keeping with the majority of American-made cars. More expensive on gas, a detriment to the environment, and a shoddy car (bigger is rarely better).
Pros:Clean Car. BUT NOTHING makes up for the 1 1/2 hour delay at the check out counter.
Cons:One hour and 35 minutes in line !!!! When I joined the line there were approx 40 people in line. When I finally got the car, there were about still 50 in line Only three (sometimes four) counter personnel !!

Cons:Car wasn't ready and I had to wait to get it cleaned. Also, I expended another 90.00 for car insurance that was pushed on me last minute and they told me it would be a 500.00 deposit to not have the insurance. I was also asked to pick out a car " I liked" in person when I already chose a price package online before pickup. I waited about 45 minutes to get out with the car, and had to wait while the car inspector measured a small scratch on the bumper when I returned though I took extreme care of the car on my 48 mile 3-day rental. The car was not examined thoroughly or by the same person when I picked the car up.
Pros:Brian made the arrangements for pickup at the Sedona general aviation airport a breeze. Everything worked as advertised even with the confusion if a road construction project at the airport with which Enterprise had to deal. Stupendous customer service and great value for money.

Pros:Convenience of location. Proximity to where I was staying. Only game in town.
Cons:I had an 8 am pick up scheduled. Was there at 5 mins till. Didn't get out and drive away until 9:20. Better track of inventory online would be helpful. If you walk in your not sure if the car you booked online exists. Calling is best but not cost effective. Better prices from sky harbor or anyplace else to Payson to up there inventory would benefit all involved. Ive had many occasions where they have no cars. And you can take the shuttle/Lyft for less than it costs to rent a car from the airport and not have the hassle of the return, gassing up etc. If it were a little cheaper. I think business would overcome the drop in price. Also there is a tendency to not honor the online booking price if the vehicle you reserved is not available. Next vehicle class is available and so is the rate increase. I haven't experienced that elsewhere. Other locations. If they don't have what you booked. They honor the price and give you what they have. For what you paid. Part of this is due to an apparent inability to accurately account for there inventory for online bookings. Part of it seems poor business practice.
