Great little car! Helpful staff...even with our non Italian vocabulary and their limited english.Cons:
No helpful papers. It would be good to have maps in English and a sheet of what the road signs mean. Not a big thing but very helpful. Rental of GPS was a ridiculously high price. $300 for two weeks. These things are not that expensive and to rip off tourists like that is just greedy. We just went and bought one! A pushy Italian man pushed his way in front of us and then went outside and proceeded to hit a car while trying to move his rental. And acted like it was everyone's fault but his own...and he got away with it. Not cool on all counts.3,6 Poor

Cons:
I had to wait an hour for my already short rental because I wasn't directly a Hertz customer, then I wasn't informed anywhere that they charge commission for the pre-paid gas so a €70 rental cost me €115, and another €100 rental after that cost me €177. Didn't find out until the second time because I wasn't even given a proper check out service at the end of the first. Disgusting, will never use them again.Avis
