Pros:Pick up and drop off were super easy. Great car!
Cons:It would have been nice to pick up my car when I first landed, but it was 12:30 am so they were closed. HAd to come back in the morning to get my car.

Pros:The drop off was great, loved that you end up on the top floor where the people mover is located. Very personable and helpful agent checked me in.
Cons:Going over information about traveling tolls- didnt' even realize there was a fact sheet in the rental agreement folder.

Pros:I was offered an upgrade, which I accepted. Unfortunately, the upgrade changed my drop off location. My original reservation was cancelled. It cost me $140 extra for the very same vehicle.
Cons:When I dropped off the vehicle, there was a long line. The employee took my keys and said he would mail a receipt. I still have not received one.
Pros:Car was fine. Wish it had a cd player for books on CD. Otherwise it was the right car for my trip
Cons:The San Bruno office feels like a fly-by-night store front operation. I waited 25 minutes to get my car and the agent at the desk kept saying 5 minutes. She was listening to a conference call training while I waited. I learned about how Hertz wants to handle car damage challenges from clients. Fascinating. No magazines or water. The walls are dirty too. When I dropped off the car nobody was in the office. I banged on the door that led to their garage. Eventually a guy came out and took my car keys. No receipt. He had me write down my email. It felt very unprofessional.

Pros:Online reservation process was easy: once we were helped the process of picking up car was simple and liked the car.
Cons:Had to wait in line for quite awhile when picking up car. Only two agents available. When it was finally our turn though, the agent was very helpful and professional.

Cons:My husband booked my car in advance online. When I arrived at the pickup at SFO, the agent took three times as long as the agents around her. In addition, she claimed the cost was going to be $170+ when we booked for a rate of $70. I brought this to her attention, but she claimed fees and taxes brought the cost up. She also said the car had to be returned that day by 6:00. We later discovered we could not return the car that day and that we would only be charged $90. Totally unnecessary worry thanks to an impatient and incorrect agent.
Pros:the car was clean and the price was decent
Cons:the customer service, particularly at check in, was sadly lacking. I was in line for an agent when an employee told several of us to step out of line to use the kiosks. Since I had a reservation, I assumed this would be an automated process, so it made sense. But no, it was just a video conference line to other agents, who did not answer. So, we stood at the kiosks for 20 minutes, waiting while the people who had stayed in line got served. Not one of us at the kiosk even got a response. Finally, we went back into line- the back of the line- which by now was considerably longer. An agent spent a further 20 minutes fooling with the kiosks, instead of getting behind a desk to help the now stacked up customers. when we got to the desk- it took an inordinate amount of time, especially given that I had a reservation. I wanted to add a driver. The agent told us that the second driver would have to sign up at the exit gate (not true) - no one said anything about tolls, so when we crossed the bay bridge we were left wondering if we should pay cash, or the rental car would be charged.... directions to the car in the garage were abysmal- which I know sounds petty, but when your 71/2 months pregnant and schlepping luggage just makes a poor impression worse. returning it was easy enough, we'll see what happens with tolls. It was nothing catastrophic, but overall, it just left a bad enough taste that i'll try another agency for my next trip.
Pros:Night and day customer service. Great drop-off experience.
Pros:staff was great but the offered me a car without remote.. no big deal. I then find out that the car when closed was not opening again.. i figured out in 1 h.. then i left the car unclosed for the rest of the time.. in SF... moreover seats were stained and i got the car with one tire on low pressure

Cons:Right before i got my key from the guy he pushed to sell insurance on the car. I understood what covers what not but way he presented the up sale was not very friendly experience. He literally used scare tactic repeatedly asking me with high tone “how you gona pay the damage” i was not expected to get yelled at and agreed to pay 20 dollar insurance. Car was amazing no problem at all. When I returned i was also charged fuel fee which I returned same as before. Even tough they changed for me people should be very careful what they are paying for.
Cons:I rented for a specific rate, but was charged more than that at counter. Tire pressure light on, no agent to notify at return. I will not rent again.
Pros:People at enterprise were friendly!
Pros:My gf and I went to pick up our rental, never knowing of a $200 deposit that was supposed to be held until return. We had to switch around our funds 3 different times because of her lack of communication. We then went out to the car and the window was broken and finally settled into the new car. Upon returning, they claimed that we had ashes in our car (which is not true) and claimed it would take $150 to clean, so we only got refunded $50 after the whole deposit was taken out days before. We will never be going back.
Cons:To tell me that the time i was booking the car it the place will be closed!!!!
Pros:The rental agent was friendly and the service was prompt. I was provided with the car that I requested and was even offered an upgrade at no additional cost.
Pros:The employees were kind, resourceful and worked hard. The car started, stopped and turned as expected.
Cons:The location stinks-be sure to plan on the time it takes to get there from SFO. The building is hot and dour-I feel for the employees! The car was not clean. I would pay extra to get a car at the SFO rental center next time.

Cons:The rental location is not anywhere near the airport. Shuttles suck, use an uber.

Cons:the pick-up was slow. No one accompanied me to the car to do the detailed check.
Cons:It should be clearly noted on the vendor website that this is an OFF SITE airport pick up. We waited 30 minutes for a shuttle pick up that fits 6 person max in a poorly maintained van. Additional customers were left behind for another 30 minutes for later pickup. The EZ rental car in other airport locations outside of San Francisco were unlike this branch in its service, location and overall appeal. We were deeply disappointed with our rental service at the San Francisco EZ Rental car. We would rather pay a bit more for a more convenient airport location and more piedessional service the next time we're in San Francisco.

Cons:I paid during pick up and extra 200 dollars as deposit, until today I didn't receive that amount and they never replied to my email messages.
Pros:A comfortable late model car
Cons:The pickup drop off required almost 2 hours since the location is another 5-8 miles from where other rental car companies are located. And once at facility there are only 2 agents who take care of a long line. They push upgrades like the tolls for the bridge without explaining alternatives. You can pay cash everywhere and do online payment for Golden Gate Bridge. So avoid the prepayment if you are not crossing the bridge several times a day.
