A larger selection of cars. It wasn't what expected but it wasn't bad either! The car smelt of cigarettes even though it had no smoking signs on it.6,4 Okay

Pick up and drop off was easy. Employees were great.Cons:
Car was older (40k miles). Broken tail light which I had to take in to get fixed. Tire pressure was wrong so I had to inflate at a gas station. Wiper blades were worn so it was hard to see during rain. Seat belt sensor was broken so it went off a lot even though belt was fastened. All little things but things I rent a car to avoid.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
Although difficult to find, the Enterprise Rental facility in Wake Forest, NC was well managed, with a quick transaction to get into the vehicle. They had communicated with me the day before about the vehicle type which was very important. Vehicle was very clean.Cons:
I don't rent cars very often, and I didnt expect all the taxes and fees for a total cost of over $100 then the reservation cost for 13 day rental. I believe enterprise elected to use the collection of the 8% highway use tax from the rentor instead of including it with the vehicle rental. This was an unexpected additional $57, and is the reason I gave it a 3 star rating for value. Just pay the 3% and include that In the rental cost and help out the highway trust fund.2,0 Poor

The staff were excellent and did a fine job. Avis was wonderful. The Nissan Versa I rented ran great. The only issue was that the seat was uncomfortable (6-hour drive).Cons:
The vehicle (Nissan Versa) was scratched in several places with minor dents apparent. It didn't bother me and was well documented. I am very pleased with Avis and plan on using them again.7,6 Good

You told me to pick up my car at 12:00 well they closed at twelve so when i got there at 12:15 i was unable to get a car and they werent open on sunday so i had to wait till monday for a car by wich time they were out of compacts so i had to spend a bunch more money on a midsize.Car hire locations in or near Oxford
