Cons:
We prepaid for this reservation--or so we thought. Upon arrival, we discovered that the costs were actually much higher than anticipated. There seemed to be several reasons/excuses for this. Insurance coverage--which we would normally decline, but seemed like a good idea in Italy--was outrageously expensive. We were also charged for an "additional driver" even though we are a legally married couple (it's unclear whether the fact that we are both male played into that). We were in a hurry, and so had to accept all these fees in order to get to our destination on time.2,0 Poor

Was charged close to 400 euro even though my quote was for 275 usd. People at the pickup spoke limited English and refused to answer questions when asked about the price. Added GPS even though I asked to have it removed. Waited an hour just to rent the car and there were a ton of people also boiling and yelling making the situation quite chaoticDollar
