Excellent customer service as usual
Pros: I'm not super picky when it comes to a rental car. But the people at Enterprise in Orleans are always friendly and make it a pleasant experience. Ashley was great.
Cons: A couple of minor issues with the car due to the extreme cold (below zero) but not anybody's fault. One fun thing about renting is to try different cars. Now I know that I would never buy a Chevy Equinox! I'm sure it's a fine vehicle but not comfortable personally for me.

Pros: Picked up car in Cape Cod last Saturday AUGUST 12. at approx. 11AM Office was busy, but only one staff member on duty. Cant recall his name. But he is a great representative of your company. He was attentive, patient and most helpful to everyone. He deserves special credit. It is wrong that the office should be so understaffed on the busiest day of the week.
Cons: Arranged to return car to city centre Boston ( Congress Lane) This drop off point doesn't come upon the site, only found it by talking to one of your staff on the phone. You should amend your website to include this drop off address. Also it would be helpful if you explained the location of the drop off point ( 8th floor of car park).
