Car was not available upon arrival or for days after. I understand it was high season but whats the point of making a reservation if Enterprise won’t honor it. Never again, Enterprise!9,2 Wonderful

Staff was great! Cars back seat could have been a little cleaner. Outside was very clean. Process was seamless. A little pricey. I could have gotten it about half price at Budget but the close proximity of Enterprise to my house, 2 blocks, made the extra cost more palatable.5,2 Fair

I didn't like thst I was booked for pickup at an offsite rental place and was told if I wsnted the vehicle in order to pickup I could take a cab or Uber! Asked rep to change pickup sote and eas told could not called 800 # spoke to a representative who also ssid it could not be changed. I will most likely be renting somewhere else the Customer Service was horrible. Very disappointed!10,0 Wonderful

The car I reserved was recalled, so I was given another vehicle. The issue I had was that I didn't get a phone call, or an email letting me know prior to getting there. I felt things could have been handled better, and that was basically my experience.2,0 Poor

I went to pick up reserved car and none was availbe. I was offered a down sized economy car. But vehicle would not have been large enough for my family so I refused and went to enterprise and got what I had wanted in the first place.Cons:

I chose the airport location and it brought me to a privately owned location. They didn’t have the vehicle I rented and gave me another. I had to take my car to the car was immediately after renting the vehicle. Communicate clearly Clean cars inside and out Take similar out your vocabulary and find a way to rent people the cars they want.8,0 Very Good
