Pros: Your ordering service is terrible. I went to pick up the car at the hertz rental and the office was closed. Your kayak service booked a vehicle at a closed location and i had to book another car with a different car rental company directly. I will never use your service again.Cons: Ensure your APIs check whether or not a car rental location is open before directing users to that location. Lots of locations have changed office hours due to covid19.
