Cons:
They withdrew almost $5,000.00 out of our account without permission. And I got the run around for a week with supervisors . Was told 4 different times I would be called back. And never received one call. Just to be told I have to handle it with local office. And he is never in the office. It's been 3 weeks it's still not resolved. And our bills are pst due . Our insurance has been cancelled. Our phones shut off. Because someone screwed up somewhere and they won't refund us our money. I'm seriously thinking about consulting an attorney and suing them.10,0 Wonderful

George, Paris Enterprise, called ahead to make sure I had the appropriate documents and explained the new procedure. Pick up and drop off we’re both quick. Car was clean.Cons:

Visiting my sister in Talco and needed a car to visit Hot Springs, AR for a few days. Staff was very helpful, pleasant and gave me a free upgrade. Was about 20 minutes late returning due to an accident on the highway; no problem. They thanked me for returning the vehicle in clean condition and thanked me for my business.2,0 Poor

Upon arrival, found out we received a free upgrade due to no 'economy' cars being on the lot. Perfect! Ross, our agent, was very friendly, asked if we had any questions or concerns & even got my husband to put the extra 'insurance' on the car just in case. Very friendly & fast service for sure!Cons:

The longview location is dirty and off putting. Will never rent from there again. The car itself was just ok. We used it for a cross country road trip and it was pretty uncomfortable. We found a precious passengers lease agreement in the glove box, so not a very thorough clean. The fees that Hertz charges is absurd. I typically use Enterprise but Hertz was cheaper for this specific trip. Won’t make that mistake again. Too many hidden fees. $6.95 per toll fee on top of the toll itself....Enterprise charges no extra fee. $9.99 per gallon for gas is absurd. Enterprise something like $3 per gallon.
