Staff was nice.Cons:
They did not have any vehicles available at my pickup time. An hour afterwards they had a smaller than requested vehicle available. The staff did call an hour before pickup to tell me they did not have the car available at the reserved time.6,8 Okay

Got a call accusing us of damaging the car. They went back a couple of rentals and saw that the damage was done on a previous rental. I walked around the car before I drove it off the lot and didn't see any damage. Word to the wise, it may be in your best interest to photograph all sides of the car before you ever leave the lot.10,0 Wonderful
