pick up was good in milfordCons:
the office for the drop off in providance was closed and did not have a key return - I had a train leaving 15 minutes before the office opened. I ended up leaving the key with the building security guard who gave it to the staff when the office upened. It made me uncomfortable and I was disapointed2,0 Poor

The customer service. The manager checked us out and accused us of “multiple” dents in the roof. We went to North Carolina and used the trunk and two front seats, never touched the roof. They were so minor and the car was white anyone could’ve missed that. It’s clearly from previous renters and now we are responsible for the damage. This was my 5th time using enterprise and I will NEVER go through them again.10,0 Wonderful

The car was exactly what I asked for, and the staff were all very friendly and quickly got me on my way.Cons:
I rented a minivan to visit several colleges. I have given up credit cards, and expected to be able to use my debit card at pick-up. But I was informed that since I didn't have a round trip ticket, credit card-only was required...my debit card would not be accepted. We go to Orlando once a year, and I never had a problem using my debit card before, but I guess that was because I had a round trip ticket. I was lucky to have a credit card to use...but I would have been left high and dry if I didn't. So I would suggest a checkbox to acknowledge credit vs debit card requirement be added to the reservation page.10,0 Wonderful

Vehicle was a newer model with nice features for an economy option.Cons:
Extra options were added to my rental agreement without any discussion. This almost doubled the price of my reservation. I understand it's on me to be careful when signing for anything but changing our agreement without alerting the customer is deceptive. The staff were unwilling to make adjustments even when showing them my original reservation receipt.10,0 Wonderful

If I didn't call the day before to confirm my rental I wouldn't have had a car rental since they didn't have my information. I had my email reservation that I showed them and they had to get a minivan for me.Cons:
They didn't clean the car inside or out before giving to me and they had a temporary plate on the car that blew off on my way back home after our getaway4,0 Mediocre

The van was comfortable to drive.Cons:
They did not clean the van or the windows. They did not have the type of mini-van we requested but the one we chose was ok. They did not accept the insurance I paid for on they Kayak website, they required a $300 deposit. They charged us for mileage even though the rental was unlimited and also charged a concession fee of $24.71. I will never use budget again.10,0 Wonderful

the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the car was newish and well maintainedCons:
the car was not ready even tho I arrived 2 hours late to pickup. a jeep compass is not a mid sized suv, its a crossover... much closer to the Nissan Rogue than the Pathfinder it has been driven on dirt roads and was very dirty on the exterior10,0 Wonderful
