Pros: Staff are very nice, helpful and provide clear info. The company is lucky they have such a great staff. I watched the staff help each other out. They seem to be a good team. The only reason I gave a 3 for pick up and drop off was for the waiting time. That said the woman who picked us up was delightful. She gets 5 stars.
Cons: The computer system was giving staff trouble which caused a slight delay. The company should provide a better computer system for their staff.

First time the charm!
Pros: First time using enterprise and was impressed about the whole experience.
Cons: Did not like the Internet routeing me to the wrong pick up office, but counter staff was exceptional.

First using Avis, first time experiencing not havi
Pros: The staff was friendly and apologiad. They gave me a discount. Best price listed for SUV.
Cons: I was suppose to pick up a Cevy Tahoe at 8:00 am for a trip to The Keys, vehicle was not there, I booked well in advance. The told me it was on way. I came back in 45 minutes it was still not there. They called and there was to ETA available. I ended up taking the only large vehicle they had, a 12 passenger van. It was huge and difficult for me because of its size and the Keys being more narrow. I will not take a chance with Avis again.

Excellent!
Pros: The Avis agent at Merritt was friendly and fast. I was out the door in very little time and the car was just what I asked for.

Never again
Pros: Easy to book.
Cons: Contacted support and all is ready, we go to the lot, person advises us that they have no cars available, once we tell him that we need it just for a few hours within the city limits then he finds us something, however problems hit when registering cards, no debit maestro accepted and it didnt specify on the siten my friend gives a card and accepted but then her DL was required, then he advises us that i cannot rent as i am 23 and only over 25 can rent a car, while on the website it says that it is possible to rent it just is more costly which is fine. Stupidly on the website my card was accepted and i brought cash for incidentals and offered to pay full in cash but did not accept it. So we never got our car and it ruined our day, not to mention walking in rain afer all that... stupid.

Pros: I did not like it very much! When I went to get the car on Merrit Island the seller made me use another card, different from what I had used in the app, and paid for it. With this he must have created another reservation, resulting in a duplicate payment upon the return of the vehicle. How do I g
Cons: I paid twice for the rent. One when I applied for the app, already cashed in my Debit card, and another when I returned the car. Besides the fact that when I went to get the car on Merritt Island the seller did not want to accept the same card that I made the payment in the Kaiak app.
