The Vehicle itself suited its purpose. It was comfortable and met my needs.Cons:
I was supposed to pick up the vehicle at 12:00 PM on a Sunday. Not knowing the business hours of the facility, I arrived half hour after they closed. What topped everything was that an employee was still there and wouldn't check me out the van I had reserved. I still needed the vehicle so wound up making arrangements through the vendor directly having to go to the airport location and paying more money in fees and taxes. While I take responsibility for running late, a courtesy call could have been made to remind me of hours etc. when I didn't show up at noon.8,0 Very Good

Cons:
Reserved a car for Friday 4pm pickup. Traffic was bad, so we ended up arriving a little after 5 at the Avis rental desk in Media PA and the rental agent was nowhere to be found. The desk is housed in Sears' Auto Center, and the Sears workers told us he was "picking up a car" and would be back in about 45 minutes. We did not stay to wait, as we had a previous engagement. However, we left our name and phone number for him to call when he returned. We received no phone call from him so had to pick up our car Saturday morning at 8am when they opened.Hertz
