KAYAK
There was over $100 in hidden fees and upcharges. They lied to me and made me purchase their insurance even though I had already purchased insurance through Kayak. I will not use Kayak or Enterprise again.

Cons:

Given a car equal to what I paid. (Full size vs. economy that I received initially) Told there was not a fee to drop off vehicle at another Enterprise. Was charged $100 to drop off the vehicle at different location.
