Always convenient, professional and affordable. I love them! I one rented from Budget and had the most horrible experience. Budget was rude and expensive. I had prepaid for a rental car two weeks in advance, and there was an additional $200 down payment that I was not aware of. I reviewed my rental agreement and did not see any mention of this. Also, they downgraded the car that I had prepaid for without notifying me.2,0 Poor

Went to pick up vehicle after calling the location to confirm what was needed and ended up leaving with NO CAR even though it was paid for in FULL prior to pickup....APPALLED. Was left stranded for vacation!!!10,0 Wonderful
