Nice deal on a vanWe got a brand new Dodge Caravan van for our rental, and the price was reasonable. The sound system worked great and hookup to our smart phones (for navigation, tunes etc) went smoothly. Also had nice safety features.It was a bit slow checking the car back in but not too bad.

Not what I was quoted!!!The car I was giving drove ok. Not really a fan of Ford cars.The price I was quoted and guaranteed online under the Kayak website turned out to be much, much more in price when I got to the budget location. Not something you what to here/learned when you're on a financial budget. Then I was giving a clipboard with my paper work to do my own inspection of the car without a attendant/employee present. And finally was told because I used a debit card I needed a pay stub, utility bill, or bank statement in order to rent the car. Not something people walk around in their purse with everyday. Wasn't told this online either. Will go back to Enterprise Rental.

Super Experience at the Last MinuteDecided to check out Kayak for a last minute car rental and found the best possible deal. Great price and great selections made this a positive experience all the way around.

Highly disappointedThe pick up and drop off availability was very convenient. The employee who picked me up was so pleasant, caring, and sweet. I was initially very excited about the experience thanks to her kindness.The manager's demeanor with the whole experience left so much to be desired. The car was a hassle to rent once I got there and then there were unexpected fees tacked on once I rented the car. When I finally got the car I wondered why all of the windows were rolled down on an 80 degree day... Not to mention the fact that part of the door handle and side view mirror were MISSING! After running my first errand in the car and parking it with the windows rolled up, I finally figured out why all of the windows were rolled down when I was given the keys- the car reeked of marijuana. I then noticed the food and grease stains on the seats and had I not been in a rush to get on the road to visit my family for my birthday, I would have taken the car right back to enterprise. Along the drive I kept having to clear several alerts as they continued to pop up- one alert that one of the car's parking lights was burned out and the other alert notifying me that one of the car's daytime running lights were out. (Both of these issues were obviously present when I picked up the car.) Additionally, due to part of the handle of the door missing, the driver door often malfunctioned and wouldn't lock, unlock, or open. Honestly, I have never in my life left a negative review but the car's condition and service were both horrible and really deterred me from every renting from Enterprise again.

NO VEHICLESAfter getting oked online, they called us at 8:30AM on the day we were to pick it up to tell us not only that they didn't have the pickup we ordered, but they were completely out of vehicles. My question is how did my order go through? Why was there still vehicles at this location STILL online? Why was it still on YOUR site? Unsatisfied customer, YOU BET WE ARE !!!!!!!!

Unreliable and poor serviceAfter making the online reservation, I called to confirm my pick up time. I was told that there were no available cars. He said that you can make a reservation anytime online but that doesn't mean that they have cars. They also could not tell me when a car would be available. I will never rent with Enterprise again.

I made a reservation one week in advance and my credit card was charged. When I called the location to confirm my reservation they told me they may not have a car for me! I canceled my reservation and booked with Esquire. I will NEVER rent from Avis.

They don't give me a car for rent because they didn't have it and we made the reservation but don't work. So that reservation and the page its not security for rent we don't like.

I booked the car through kayak, and after waiting 30 minutes, they told me that the car, which was to be ~700, was going to be 1100 because they were going to give me a RARE upgrade. I told them I didn't want an upgrade that I had to pay for. I wanted what I paid for. So, after 20 more minutes, the guy I was dealing with went in the back and didn't come out. Some other guy came out and ultimately helped me. Also, I explicitly told them I did NOT want satellite radio. When I got the bill, it included a $35 fee for the satellite radio. Also, they gave the car bone empty. The fuel light came on 2 miles after I drove out of the parking lot. The car itself (A Ford Fusion) was great. The process to get it was very poor. Btw - It was a Hertz rental facility.Pickup was NOT good. ~50 minutes to get the car. Plus the bait and switch, satellite radio fiasco and followed up with no gas in the car. I won't do this again

It was cheap. The car worked (except for two of the rear speakers).Easily the worst car rental experience of my entire life. The staff at the pickup location were unprofessional, unprepared, and dishonest. They did not have the van I prepaid for, but told me on the phone prior to pickup that they did. When I arrived and was stranded at the location, they took an hour to start working with me, then told me that there was no van (and hadn't been one for days) and tried to make me accept a sedan instead. They told me that the only way I would get a van was going to the airport, but refused to arrange a way for me to get there. They kept implying that they were going to have to just cancel my reservation unless I just accepted a smaller car. After two hours, they "found" a large SUV that, while still not as big as I needed, was workable. They then tried to strongarm me into paying an upgrade fee and again implied that unless I agreed to it they would cancel my reservation. After waiving the upgrade fee, they then acted like they did me some huge favor and tried to guilt me into paying extra again. After all this, the salesman told me that they would charge $2.00 per gallon to pre-purchase my fuel. When I pointed out that the wall sign said a higher price, he told me to ignore that because it was out of date. Shame on me, I agreed. Guess which amount I was charged? To put a cherry on top, when I tried to drop the vehicle back off at the location using the after-hours key drop they told me to use, I arrived to find the only entrance to the facility gated and locked. I had to sit in a nearby parking lot for an hour waiting for the 1-800 number to finally work with me, and now I have to take time off of work to make another trip out there. I haven't actually returned the vehicle yet after corporate extended my dropoff time to today. But how much do you want to bet they try to stick me with some extra fees?

The location was close.Facility was very dirty. In Bathroom, the cabinet holding supplies was busted, the tissue holder was broken and the soap dispenser was broken. The facility including sink and toilet were filthy. Common area floor was dirty as well. Reservation was for a full size SUV. It was NOT a full size SUV. The person said that it seats 7 so it is rated as a full size SUV. First, there is NO way it could fit 7 people, maybe if you include 4 children. A smart car can fit 5 so does that make it a compact SUV? Felt cheated so I have lost trust in Hertz.

UpgradeWhen I picked upmy car, they were friendly and quick. I received an upgrade from a standard sedan to a luxury sedan because the car I had requested to rent was not suitable for rent.

Horrible locationOne employee, I believe Danielle was her name?I arrived at the location, only to be told there were no cars available and maybe there would be one in an hour. The very unapologetic and unhelpful employee did nothing to soothe my concern. He didn't offer any suggestions on how I could change things to accommodate their mistake. I was basically SOL. When I called about in about 30/45 minutes to check on the status of my refund, I was told all reservations had been pushed to the next day. I told them that didn't work for me since I was leaving in the morning. They finally accommodated me with a vehicle that smelled bad, didn't seem to run properly and seemed like the alignment was off. In summary, maybe the entire Hertz company isn't bad, but corporate should take a hard look at this location and how it is run!!!
