They didn't let us rent the vehicle we had already reserved online just because we weren't from the city of Manteca. We also payed $27 for insurance and never got our money back. I will never rent or have any family rent from here. Called the enterprise from our city and we weren't able to get a car and we weren't able to attend our New Years party that was 3hrs away. Cons:
Car was dirty, the ceiling disgusting. Food or something rubbed all over it. Car parts left in the truck. Car wasn't cleaned well before being given to us. Found a cell phone under the seat. Car only had a forth of a tank has. We scheduled to pick up at noon, got there at 1330 hours and had to wait 25 minutes for the dirty car. I even asked the representative of the car had been cleaned. Later we found the car parts in the truck. The car had a toe that kept reading low, had to stop in Santa Maria store, they sent us to shop to get the tire replaced. Took 45 minutes to compete. Not sure if I'll be renting from Enterprises again. I've rented in the past and didn't have these issues. And is not like anything is going to happen from this review.Hertz

The vehicle was supposed to be a 5 seater and it was very uncomfortable. Kia Sorento sucks I will never rent or buy this vehicle. It was actually a 7 seater but small space once I install a car seat it was hard to seat 2 adults on the second row and the third row was made for a child, not an adult plus I could not fit any luggage if I would use the third row. The overall vehicle was horrible, poor gas per mileage small space for a SUV10,0 Wonderful

The staff was great. He was very accommodating a d helpful. He told me that the car I was supposed to get came back from its rental smelling bad a d dirty inside. He said he had a large Jeep. I did not want to drive that big thing so had mo option but to take the dirty, smelly car.8,8 Very Good

We had a reservation to pick up our car at 3:00 pm. Due to having difficulty finding them we arrived a 3:03 pm. We tried multiple times to call them but the phone went to a corporate number. When we finely found them we were told they were closed. I told them our pick up time was for 3:00 pm and that we tried to call them to find out where they were located. His response was we forward our phones a 2:00 pm and come back tomorrow at 7:30 am. We told him we had no way to get there tomorrow and he walked away. This totally floored us. He just left us high and dry and cost us a lot of money. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH BUDGET AND NEVER WILL BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN.10,0 Wonderful
