Chardon office was closed....mentor office won't pick up....Warren office didn't communicate clearly....minivan smelled like marijuana.Cons:

Cons:
The car was not very clean, the gas tank was not full when we picked up the car. We pointed this out to the rep and he said 'oh it's good enough' however we had to return the car full. The drop off location at Cleveland airport is not easy to navigate either. Will not rent a car in Cleveland again.Hertz

Cons:
The branch manger, Alex was very rude. The car was full of pet fur and he didn’t want to vacuum the car. He instead said upgrade or leave. We planned a trip to Times Square and was unable to get a one-way rental elsewhere. I will not use this car rental agency again!2,0 Poor

On line it said I was renting a Ford Focus or a car comparable. It was the size of a smart car. It was in my opinion a sub compact car not a compact.Cons:
Don’t advertise similar to a larger car when it isn’t true. Will never go back to Hertz. I work in the airline industry and will not recommend them.9,2 Wonderful

Pickup and drop off was easy. Car was clean and everything was the way it was promised. Salesman was professional and didn’t try and sell me things I didn’t want.Cons:
The only negative was the location doesn’t have a Dropbox so I had to go back in the next morning. The drop off the next was was quick and easy but I would have preferred dropping off the night before so I could get to work earlier.2,4 Poor

The car was very uncomfortable to sit in. The cruise control quit working and they wanted to charge me a drop off fee because I had to leave it in another state. It was very difficult to reach someone to rent another vehicle and I ended up renting from another company.
