Chardon office was closed....mentor office won't pick up....Warren office didn't communicate clearly....minivan smelled like marijuana.Cons:

Cons:
The branch manger, Alex was very rude. The car was full of pet fur and he didn’t want to vacuum the car. He instead said upgrade or leave. We planned a trip to Times Square and was unable to get a one-way rental elsewhere. I will not use this car rental agency again!2,0 Poor

On line it said I was renting a Ford Focus or a car comparable. It was the size of a smart car. It was in my opinion a sub compact car not a compact.Cons:
Don’t advertise similar to a larger car when it isn’t true. Will never go back to Hertz. I work in the airline industry and will not recommend them.1,9 Poor
