Very unprofessional, dress code non-existent. Reperesentative talking on personal phone on speaker, just referred me to a brochure when problem occurred. Was told that if they called they would be told the same thing, instead of making the call for me. Poor communication, sat down at desk while I was at the front and didn’t tell me that’s where he’d be helping me. Bathrooms out of service. Overall terrible, not worth saving the money to deal with. Told I was getting an upgrade, and I did not. Brought my car back early and still charged for another day, when it was within the 24 hour period.10,0 Wonderful

The booking process was easy.Cons:
The vehicle was dirty, it had alarms that popped up when turning it on to let me know that it was out of washer fluid and needed an oil change. There was a significant shake in the steering wheel when driving at 70-75 on the express way. Overall the car should not have been rented to a customer.2,0 Poor
