Pros: Nothing was great about the business; they gave away my rental to another customer; my flight was delayed and when my family and I arrived we didn't have a rental to go to our next destinationCons: If they would have put my rental aside for me and my family when we arrived from our flight!

Pros: Nothing. They had no cars available for anyone and we were stuck there at midnight with over 100 people in the facility.Cons: Don’t give reservations unless you can fulfill them. Multiple companies pool cars at this location and none of them had any.

Pros: The drop off was very easy and the customer Representative was excellentCons: I had requested for a Toyota Rav 4 when we booked - we paid a premium rate - however was disappointed when we could not get it when we arrived to pick it up. they told us it’s first come first served and we settled for a Chevy Equinox instead which they said was an upgrade ( not sure it was though)

Pros: Not much.Cons: The location was incredibly understaffed. I waited over an hour to get my car because they only had one person working for multiple rental agencies. When I got the car, it had a large gash in the front tire and had to be replaced. All told, it took 2 hours to get the car. Hertz needs to staff their locations with an appropriate amount of people to service the number of customers they get.

Pros: I liked the attendant, Natlin.Cons: Everything else was awful! The rental was extremely dirty and due to the lack of cleanliness I stuck my finger in someone’s leftover food during a pandemic.

Exceptional!Pros: The rental was moved to the Crofton Enterprise office. They provided an exceptional service to my family and I. And, I might add, it’s nit the first time we have received great service at the Crofton office.

Vehicle smelled and 12v ports didn't workPros: The staff at Enterprise were professional. They were hesitant but did discount our rental after bringing up the issues we had with the vehicle.Cons: The minivan smelled like someone smoked marijuana in it before we rented it, so it wasn't properly screened or cleaned. The 12 volt charging ports in the vehicle also didn't work. The slow charging usb ports were the only power sources for charging phones.
