Pros:Jackie was the attendant who assisted and accomadated us and she was very knowledgeble and helpful she asked all the right questions we were very happy with her assistance

Pros:Staff was very friendly and helpful and did their best to make the whole process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Cons:Seemed like they were a little bit understaffed. It was very busy at both pick-up and drop-off and it took quite a bit of time to get through the line. However, that is not a reflection of the staff there - they were very courteous and helpful and did their best to get through people quickly, I think they were just sometimes overwhelmed.

Cons:The car provided could of been in better maintenance as required an oil change within 24 hours of rental pickup and brakes were sluggish. Tried to exchange car at another enterprise but was told I was responsible for all maintenance as car was in my presence as I didn’t purchase the additional insurance. I am not new to renting with enterprise, I rent with them all the time through work, but after this experience it may change. So I tried calling the 855 # enterprise to ask where to get oil change — no answer after 4 tries. So anyway went ahead and found somewhere to get oil changed and check all fluids.

Cons:It was expensive. I needed a car for a whole month and they didn't offer any deals.
Cons:I didn't rent when i got there they tried to give me a Toyota and i had upgraded to a 200 i work at chrysler not driving a foreign then they tried a jeep bu5 had a hard time starting i said forget it and canceled the rental thanks anyways. Dave
Pros:service was excellent. the car was clean and nice.
Pros:Hertz staff are nice and on the ball as usual.
Cons:This and my last Hertz rental were terrible cars. Both car interiors were dirty and clearly had been recently smoked in despite Hertz policy of non-smoking. The previous one's smell gave my wife a headache each day we were in it. The full-size Nissan I just rented which had exterior scratches everywhere had 44,000 miles on it. Shockingly, it drove like it had 144K on it! The list of squeaks, rattles, and mechanical things is too long to list here. I'm not saying the car is unsafe, but it drove like an old jalopy. Actually, it was kind of unsafe because when you floor it to accelerate onto the freeway it will NOT upshift. So, to make it go faster, I had to lift my foot up off of the accelerator to make it shift up to the next gear and then push again! LOL!
Pros:Staff was rude, refuse to listen to customer and was very unsympathetic to the situation on hand.
Cons:Will not acknowledge the entire transaction citing corporate policy about using same credit card for both the on line and in the store process . I produced the card and told the staff that the issuing bank had replaced the number with a new one after I made the reservation . Gave the employee both cards and my ID along with the service number to citicards to verify, but the gentleman refused to give me the car as a "pre paid " customer and said I can forget my on line transaction and rent the same vehicle as a walk in customer for double the price . I will never go back to this business ever again ... Will make sure to let everyone know my experience as well.
Pros:It was a nice car and in good condition. Good on gas - it was exactly what I had asked for and no one tried to talk me into something I didn't want.
Cons:The people were fine...Christine was really good, but I had to wait over 30 minutes to return my car - there was only one person ahead of me - but Christine was the only employee and she was left to do everything by herself. She had to clean the cars, check cars in and out and answer the phone - which rang constantly! I made sure I arrived about 45 minutes before I had to turn my car in but by the time she was able to wait on me I barely got checked in before my time was up!
Pros:.Lady who did rental was very nice
Cons:Didn't have the car I reserved, also when I asked todrop off the car a day early I was told that it wouldn't be taken off total since I prepaid. Was billed for a week plus a day for rental from Thursday afternoon to Monday evening
Cons:when you are quoted a price you pay that price. I was told when I ordered the car a total price and when I picked up the car I was told another price. When I picked up the car the agent told me to call the 1-800 # that I ordered the car with the difference. When I returned the car if was a different
Pros:Not a single thing, never hit my rental.
Cons:Having the car I reserved actually available.
