The staff was friendly and helpful. Drop-off was incredibly quick and easy.Cons:
Our vehicle was not ready when we arrived, despite having a reservation. The staff was kind enough to extend our drop-off time a bit due to the inconvenience, however all the "selling" (i.e. insurances) was done outside in the cold and wind - not very customer friendly.9,2 Wonderful

I liked the staff efficient efforts both at the beginning and the end. I liked the vehicle which was provided, it was clean, it was a comfortable drive and i appreciated the details shared with me on the new car updates to be aware of things.Cons:

even though we picked up two hours later than reserved (we advised by phone later pickup time) car was not ready; had to wait 15 minutes for it to be cleaned. Declined insurance when rented online, our AMEX coveers rental cars liability and damage. We were charged for coverage anyway..I called and had to get manager who removed charges.Lectured on how we needed to present insurance documentation at rental? nothing was told to us about that when he picked up car: was added at drop time. Also received tutorial why online insurance and counter are different. WE must do TWO diffferent processes. NO! Enterprise needs to stop selling through third party sites or get their business together.9,6 Wonderful

Returned vehicle at a different location. Took 30 minutes to be helped, while employees were talking on cell phones, eating lunch at the counters etc. Very unprofessional at clermont fl location.8,0 Very Good

The price I paid overall was a fair price for the size vehicle and length of time I had itCons:
I did appreciate the way the manager treated me at checkout when I asked if there was a different vehicle available because I wasn't fond of a Kia. From that point on, the manager had a huge attitude issue and made it plain that she wished I wasn't there. The car i was given was dirty on the inside, it was supposed to have been cleaned before I got it but the cup holders were nasty, the center console area was disgusting, back seat cup holders had food in them and was sticky, the windows were nasty, ect. I had to put air in the right rear tire after getting it because the alarms started going off. When I returned the car, I informed them I had to air the tire up and they didn't act like they much cared about it.2,0 Poor

after booking my car rental on line I went to pick it up. I was told after I got there I could not rent it with a debit card but the amount was taken out of my account, They said it would take 5 to 7 days to be put back into my account. Enterprize let me rent one with a debit card.I will never use Hertz again. Not everyone has a credit card and they would not take cash.6,0 Okay

Center seat belt in the back had been cut out, was very inconvent. The middle seat would have been uselss had we not had a car seat with the anchor system. Vehicle was supposed to be pet free but smelled of dog and had dog hair in the rear cargo area.2,0 Poor
