I we have impressed with our agent (who happened to be the manager of that Budget location)- he really knew how to get things done. It was busy there but I thought he handled everyone well and efficiently with care.

They could have cleaned the car before we picked it up. The inside and outside was dirty. I found Gatorade bottles in the back the van wasn't vacuumed. When we went to drop it off they made us vacuum it out because he said there was pet hair on the carpet (isn't that your job) he was very rude and was Persistent, that we had a pet in the van.

The 2 guys working there were very rude, when I got there told me they dont have any vehicles available, had to spend $50 for uber rides, these two guys should not be in customer service, I will never go back and wouldnt reccomend to anyone!
