Cons:
The pickup process was extremely slow . They were overwhelmed and under staff I understand, but while being helped the customer representative in the middle of helping me helped someone over the phone while I was standing at the front desk. I was already running late no I’m annoyed but he continues his conversation with the person on the phone, not considering I was already reserved and took less time. Found out my car wasn’t even ready for pickup after being 3hrs late. So I’m red hot , they were just now starting to clean the car and that car was trashed. To know fault of their own but Nissan Versa are trashy cars, as small as they are they’re crappy in gas.7,2 Good

Cons:
When I arrived to pickup my rental no one was in the office for at least 5+ minutes. When the desk clerk arrived she informed me she had no cars available to fulfill my reservation. After waiting for 10-15 minutes I was given a mini van to drive to the airport. It was filthy and only had a driver and passenger seat so I couldn’t drive anyone else if I wanted to. Overall bad transaction that I wouldn’t do again.2,0 Poor

I fly every weekend and rent cars often. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in renting a car.Cons:
Car was absolutely filthy when I picked it up with dog hair all over the car. Right rear view mirror was torn off. I went back in to complain and they said it was be 45 minutes to an hour before they could get me another. Absolutely the worst experience ever.8,4 Very Good

The car was almost new with only about 5000 miles on the odometer.Cons:
The car had not even been washed when we picked it up. Out first stop was a car wash. This should have been taken care of before renters picked it up.Budget

Nothing could have been better. With being rerouted due to Olga, Melanie was a Godsend. She was so friendly, understanding and just an amazing person. They are lucky to have her as an employee.3,6 Poor

They weren’t. Made me wait a few hours to go get my vehicle an oil change after I booked over 2 weeks prior to.Cons:
When I got back to return my vehicle, I had to wait an hour because nobody was at the establishment. There was only a sign up saying they’d be back by 4. With a number to contact. That number never picked up. And I waited over an hour to return the vehicle while having a ride to take me home wait6,8 Okay
