Pros: The staff is friendly, the pick-up was painless.
Cons: I ordered an intermediate size car, which wasn’t available, and therefore I got a “free upgrade”! Unfortunately, I was upgraded to an F-150 truck, and therefor spent 2-3x the amount on gas. This location needs more cars. This is the second time this has happened when renting from this location.

False advertising
Pros: Nothing. We felt ripped off
Cons: We requested and accepted a quoted price for a rental from the Austin airport, then discovered the quote was for a rental from lake way, 40 minutes from the airport, and was $300 more than quoted.
