Pros:
One needs to be very careful in checking puck up and drip off locations. My pick up was NOT at the airport . The airport location told me there would be a sleight upcharge to redo the reservation and start a new one. The price was DOUBLE and there is no refund on the Priceline reservation!Cons:
The airport should have helped there customer and traveler and explained to me where the other location was. They should have advised me to take a 30$ Cab ride and saved myself over 500$. I had to jump through hoops to get it right. In all fairness, the Representative at the OTHER location was awesome! He was helpful, honest and empathetic to my situation.2,0 Poor

I showed up late to my reservation so the rate changed, increasing my bill for a one-week rental by $150, which was my fault. But the agent at the desk didn't tell me my rate was increasing, instead obfuscating the increase with a bunch of fees, one of which was a fee for prepaid gas which I explicitly declined. I called support to inquire about the rate increase, which I only noticed later, and it took over an hour to get a straight answer. During that call the service agent said she'd remove the prepaid gas free, since I declined it, and she didn't. So... yeah, the car functioned fine but the customer service was terrible.7,2 Good

It turns out my car was reserved at a place 15 miles across town. They told me if I wanted a car at the airport it would be 4 times the amount. There was no shuttle to the other place. I called a Lyft and when I got there the place was closed. I bailed on the whole thing.2,0 Poor

They booked me for a pickup 25 miles from the airport to pick up. I get an Uber to the location to find out that they will not rent a vehicle to me because they pull a soft credit pull and they denied me from renting. There we no disclosure saying they pull credit. I will never use Budget to rent a car.Avis

I made a reservation that I thought was an airport pickup but somehow Kayak turned it into a pickup at the other end of Austin. Luckily Avis at airport was able to find me a car - but it cost a lot more than my reservation. Won't book cars through Kayak again2,0 Poor

Pick up at Austin-Bergstrom Airport was awful. There was only one person at the counter and we waited more than 30 minutes for service, even though there were only two people ahead of us. The clerk at the counter was surly and did not have a pleasant demeanor. All the other rental counters at that location had a minimum of 3 people and the lines moved quickly. The car was a Toyota Corolla. It was OK, although it did smell like someone was smoking inside and was not clean outside. Windows were noticeably dirty.2,0 Poor
