This is a small outlet with the manager running the place. He was great to deal with.Cons:
The car had an issue with one tire. I don't fault the location because that happens and it was a slow leak that would not have been obvious when the car was returned by the previous driver. Another Enterprise took care of the issue and had the tire replaced.4,0 Mediocre

The woman at the desk was inpatient, rude and unpleasant. Sours your company and overall experience right out of the gates. Your front line is of utmost importance and when the rep is as above described it’s hard to recover.2,0 Poor

I didn’t like my experience period!Cons:
The fact that I wasn’t told that the deposit was $400+ by itself was an extreme aggravation! I was also told that the size and type car I wanted they didn’t have! To add insult to injury being that I was inconvenienced because they didn’t have the product I was looking for, I was still expected to spend more money foe a larger car or compromise my comfort by downsizing! A complete waste of my time and a huge disappointment. I don’t know why these companies are overcharging for rentals now (on top of still being in the middle of a pandemic and most people don’t have a random $400 bucks laying around for a deposit!)this needs to stop, it’s pure greed, period!10,0 Wonderful

I never actually got a rental and if it wasn't for me calling to give them a heads up letting them know I was on my way I would have never found out that they didn't have any cars available. , I had to Reserve another car through different company.2,0 Poor

Showed up at the rental location in Charlotte to take a car to Atlanta, difficult to find because it had a large Avis sign and a tiny Budget sign in the window. When I went in to get the car they said they didn't have any rental cars. Agent asked if I booked on line and I said yes and they said this happens quite often. I missed my appointment and had to reschedule also had to have my wife drive me to Atlanta and then she had to drive back by herself!!!!! 10 hour round trip. I am furious.6,0 Okay
