The staff at the Hopkins Enterprise was friendly, kind and very helpful. Wish there had been staff at the Madison Airport Enterprise instead of just a dropbox, but it was very early in the morning.

The people at both check and drop off were very friendly.

Cons:

The car smelled incredibly smoky - so bad that it stayed on my clothes after I left the car. It was gross. The car was not clean when I picked it up. I returned the car three days early because I could not stand the smell.
