When I showed up at the rental facility, they told me that they did not have a car available for several hours. I ended up having drive my persona vehicle to a work meeting because of an error on their side. There was no apology or even an offer for a discount on my next rental.6,4 Okay

The constant up selling was a real letdown. Felt pushy and unprofessional. Even after saying for the forth time that you didn't want a service. Also found it a little odd that the gentlemen was a little apprehensive when I was doing the walk through with my own camera as well.10,0 Wonderful

The car smelled incredibly smoky - so bad that it stayed on my clothes after I left the car. It was gross. The car was not clean when I picked it up. I returned the car three days early because I could not stand the smell.8,0 Very Good

As a gift my mother was renting my girlfriend and I a car to see if we might want to purchase the same type of vehicle. Hertz would not allow me to be the driver and allow her to pay for it on her credit card. But we also were allowed to put her as the driver if she was technically never going to be driving the vehicle.Avis
