The attendant there when I first arrived was annoyed that I would disrupt her free time with my business. Very rude and not hospitable at all. The attendant upon my return was the opposite. Very nice and easy to work with. The vehicle had a broken AC vent but other than that the vehicle was ok.9,6 Wonderful

Paid a taxi to carry me to get my car and they didn't have any cars available. Was told it would be at least 2 days before they had one. Then had to pay to get back to my truck. Shouldn't make a reservation if you don't have cars available!National

The manager was very rude at that store told him the truck that I rented the heater did it work and could he get me another vehicle he was going to make me drive and pick it up.I waited a hour for another one. And it was dirty inside and out.I told them and they just acted like oh well. Didn't want to wait any longer was already behind schedule.when I returned the car I told the manager that I had to pay thirty dollars to repair a flat that it had something stuck in it. He said he couldn't do anything about it. To call corporate. I won't rent from him againCons:
