Cons: I had spoken to at least 3 people prior to renting the car. I was given a price then on the day of pick up was told a deposit of $150 was required. Yes the $150 was refundable however knowing a head of time would have been nice. I was told I would have a full size car to be pick BY 5pm. Picked the car up at 3:30pm they said they only had a compact because I was supposed to pick up AT 5pm not BY 5pm. I was very irritated that I had purchased my own insurance and they keep telling me it was awful insurance and they were coming after me if anything happened. They kept trying to get me to buy all of their extras even after I had said no thank you. I've never had issues prior this

First time fail
Cons: I went in, they were late on my rental, they sucked at communication and it was chaos. They didn't even have he the car properly cleaned, the rep couldn't coherently answer a very important question and subsequently led to me not renting from them. Emailed the company my exact complaint, nobody has ever called me back. I will never use them again.

A waste of time.
Cons: I reserved the vehicle online and received my confirmation number. I was on my way to pick up the vehicle when the rental dealership called me to let me know that they had also recieved the reservation but that they didn't have any vehicles left on the lot. The reservation and confirmation number were worthless. I turned around and went home to start the process over again. Very disappointed that the website would let me "reserve" a vehicle that wasn't available
