I reserved a mid-size car (Elantra or equivalent), and got a Corrolla, which I have always understood to be a compact. The car was dirty outside (windows, body, etc.), and filthy inside with trash in the console and under the seat, as well as some sort of food all over the floor in the back. The windshield wipers were worn and did a poor job cleaning the windows, the wiper fluid was empty, and the dash was indicating "Maintenance Required" every time I started the car. Had to wait entirely too long when dropping off, as the agent was spending time visiting and chit-chatting with someone who was picking up, while I stood in the lobby with no acknowledgement of my presence. Overall, a very disappointing experience.6,0 Okay

As I find typical, I was upgraded to a better vehicle. It was actually better for my needs than what I had reserved.Cons:
I have only been in to the Orem Budget location for two rentals, one truck and one car. That means 4 visits, 2 pickup and 2 drop off. Of those 4 visits, I heard, "We're a franchise and corporate has us overbooked. I don't know if we'll have enough cars/trucks," 3 of those visits. Add a long line and when I got my car it had crumbs on the seats and trash in the console and it was a pretty poor experience.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
